I’ve always had a love for cooking and trying out new recipes and styles, which I think was what first attracted me to the retail fast food industry. I began my culinary career working in various fast-food outlets in the busy Midland Gate food court, where I dealt with people from all walks of life.After five years in my initial role, in 2013 I joined All Aboard Seafoods, where I was fortunate enough to be able to further my TAFE studies and gain Cert III & IV qualifications in Hospitality. I did the courses on the job over a 6-month period through the Training Institute of Western Australia while working at All Aboard Seafoods. What I enjoy most about working at All Aboard Seafoods is the warm family feel of the business. Everyone is friendly and helpful and willing to help me learn how to maintain the high standards of food quality and service delivery set by management.When I’m not working I enjoy gardening and cooking. Having a sweet tooth, I like creating tasty desserts, with the pavlova being my favourite.
