My name is Chantel Footman, and I am a self-proclaimed hospitality professional. I love everything FOOD and Service-related. Throughout the past few years my interest for food and the business has captivated my life. I have over seven years of experience in the restaurant industry. My very first job at 14 was Burger King on Maiden Lane in Lower Manhattan. In 2002, Bryant Park was my first casual fine dining restaurant. I started as a host and was quickly promoted to lead host. I learned every FOH job function in detail and after three years I left as Jr. Manager.I have worked in various concept restaurants, ranging from Pub style to Fine Dining and everything else in between. The knowledge and experience that I have learned and gain has prepared me with the multitude of skills required to work at any restaurant/ hotel establishment. I am used to overseeing the opening and closing duties of services, as well as assisting and executing special events. FOH IS MY SPECIALITY!!!!
