Sourcing of quotes to ensure competitive buying. Obtaining the relevant approvals onvalues, processing the orders and expiditing delivery. In this position I was also resposoble to capture the delivery notes/invoices and keep accurate tracking of delivery. Planning on diesel deliveries and reconciliation of deliveries with the matching of delivery notes and readingsfor confirmation on received and invoiced quantities and query any discrepencies. I was also involved during this time to do invoicing for the Occ-Health Clinic services delivered to customers with processing of data, sending out invoices, statements and also to follow up on payments.
