I am currently a fourth-year student at North-West University (NWU), pursuing a degree in Education for the Senior and Further Education and Training (FET) phase. My majors are Afrikaans and Special Needs Education. I am hardworking, passionate, trustworthy, loving, caring, loyal and have extreme patience. I am a team player but when the opportunity arise I can be a leader. As an aspiring future educator, I am deeply passionate about teaching and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment for all children. I am inspired by Benjamin Franklin's words: “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.” I believe that education extends beyond academics; it is about making a lasting impact on learners' emotional and mental well-being. I am dedicated to shaping a brighter future for my learners by providing a nurturing and inclusive educational environment. I applied to do my Honors in Special needs education and strive towards inclusion for children who are being shut out because of their disabilities, circumstances, or barriers to learning. With a strong foundation in education and a commitment to inclusivity, I am prepared to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my learners. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute positively to the educational community and look forward to the challenges and rewards that come with this noble profession. I aspire to pursue a Doctorate in Education one day, continuing my journey toward making a significant impact on the lives of children.
