In just six months, I successfully secured the client for another year-long contract, leveraging my observations from the past year to upsell our services and assist them in reaching their key performance indicators (KPIs). That got me hooked on the idea of a career in customer success.Currently, I'm working at a Marketing consultant agency, where I worked on the customer success team. We are working closely with the client to get their desired outcomes when using our services.
