Brand building for OMO Fabric Cleaning, responsible for Laundry capsule premium line & OMO National Key account and East/South regionality

Brand Portfolio:VIDA GLOW (Australia No.1 digestive beauty)NU-LAX (T-mall Top3 gut health)Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy design - assist brand manager in developing annual business plans including sales and channel forecast, product and brand communication strategies, NPD launch roadmap etc.2. Product marketing - lead 360 product promotion campaigns, including master brand communication and consumer activation activities (social/digital/pr/serm), responsible for d2d agency management.3. NPD projects - lead NPD projects and responsible for timeline & stakeholder management, cross-functionally communication (involvement in formulation-packaging sourcing-testing-custom regulations-sales and supply forecast-pricing and GTM planning).

Key involvement:1. Conducting consumer studies (on-filed interviews, focus group sessions, product performance analysis etc.) to provide category insights in assisting the pre-planning of DTC projects2. Assist brand manager in developing the DTC business model MVP and basic marketing mix, formulate growth trajectory projections and cost analysis supporting the viability of the business model.3. Develop GTM strategies to support launch plans and provide a clearer vision of potential business challenges.
