International assignment to support the company’s global consolidation of intellectual property (IP) as Chief Financial Officer for Thomson Reuters IP hub in Switzerland. I rejoined Thomson Reuters with a challenge to build a high-performing finance team after several years of low performance, and to also help re-establish partnership and trust between the Technology and Product Management groups. Realtime Worlds was a venture-backed entertainment software developer and publisher with over 300 staff in the United States, Scotland and South Korea. The company raised $100M in capital ($80m during my tenure) from investors including New Enterprise Associates, Maverick Capital, WPP, Four Rivers Group, and TriplePoint Capital.After the company's Series A raise, I was recruited as a key member of the executive team tasked with implementing an organizational transformation strategy from a 3rd party contract developer into an a self-funded developer and online publisher of its own intellectual property.
