I've done Customer Service and theater for years. In a way, you are pretending to be someone else in both right? In customer service, I pretended to be polite haha. When not doing that writing has been a big part of my life, and my goal is one day to finally finish my play (work in progress for 2 years now) and actually get it on a stage with me as a director (too much of a control freak to let someone else take over my vision). And now I just wanna say: The stage is where people are always watching. This also applies at work. People are always watching and if you have a great work ethic and strive to improve yourself they will take notice (if they are actually good leaders and value their team). After years of customer service, I have pivoted to a new role that I am really loving. So I can't wait to see what lies ahead of me in this new role
