Bohopo, a Cyprus headquartered, Private Equity Real Estate & Hospitality Investments organisation that purchases, repurposes, repositions and retrofits redundant real estate located in the city center of key European cities, transforming it into high quality Boutique Hotels which it operates. Bohopo’s collection of Boutique Hotels is ultimately viewed as a “portfolio”, a collection of diverse assets; as such they form an investment product which seeks to improve sharpe ratio and risk return characteristics as a consequence of diversification and risk mitigation. Bohopo’s current portfolio consists of ten assets, of which, one is under acquisition, four under development and five operational, located in Athens, Brussels, Milan and Porto. The assets size range from c.20-50 rooms, with the portfolio currently consisting of 314 rooms. Bohopo anticipates over the next two to four years to grow the portfolio to 650-700 operational rooms in total.
