Minas is an enterpreneur with several decades on experience in Real Estate and Hospitality. Minas has recently Co-Founded, and leads, as its CEO, Bohopo Group, which develops a portfolio of boutique hotels in key European Cities; currently holding assets in Athens, Brussels, Milan and Porto. Minas is also the Co-Founder of Celetrum, which has collaborated with leading PERE funds, i.e Blackrock, and invested, developed and operates boutique hotels in Athens. Celetrum has also realised investments in the industrial sector. Minas supported MGPA (now BlackRock) and Europa Capital towards the realization of a property investment in Greece. Minas, has also assisted the CEO of an Ackermans & Van Haaren SPV to raise capital for a property investment in Vietnam, advised clients realizing Private Public Partnerships in the UK, while he has also participated in the development of landmark projects, such as the Palm Island, in the Middle East.Minas holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool van Utrecht and an MBA from Solvay Business School (University of Brussels) with participation at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration in the US and has received Executive Education at Harvard University.
