Leader in McKinsey’s Education Practice serving a range of education institutions across universities, non-profits, philanthropic foundations and impact investors. I lead the development of assets and capabilities for the Education Domain globally, strategic partnerships with providers as well as research and publications on topics of data analytics, technology in education, large scale performance improvements and higher education transformations. I have been a part of the McKinsey delegation to the Transforming Education Summit at the UNGA, the Stanford Accelerator for Learning Summit and a speaker and panelist at the convenings such as the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute Higher Education Summit, NWCCU Annual Conference and ASU GSV Education Summits.

I serve on the panel of judges for the Golub Capital Social Impact Awards that recognize two Kellogg Board Fellows annually for their impact on the nonprofit organization they are serving with.

- Played the CEO/COO role to prove the outcomes of the Generation methodology and scale up India operations of Mckinsey Social Initiative's Generation program- Delivered industry beating outcomes on placement, 90 day student retention and demonstrated ROI methodology to pioneer student and employer payments for training in healthcare and hospitality sectors- Built and managed a team of 13 members and 5 interns pan India to operate across 14 cities with programs in 2 sectors - Secured external funding of ~$200k and built a funding pipeline of ~$ 1M- Initiated the development and quantification of a new metric for impact measurement of demand driven vocational training programs - Cost per employment day (CPED)McKinsey Social Initiative (MSI) is a separate non-profit entity founded to bring to bear McKinsey & Company's management and analytical abilities in solving the most complex social problems. Generation is MSI's flagship program that is pioneering a new way to build skills and job-readiness - and applying it in high-growth industries around the world.
