Charan is an MBA graduate from IIM Mumbai formerly NITIE with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain management. His curiosity and willingness to learn helped him gain the CPIM (Planning and Inventory Management) certification from the prestigious @ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management). With all the right skills under the belt, Charan started his corporate career at Pidilite Industries Limited as a Management Trainee in the Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. After graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he worked as a Shift Manager at ITC Limited in the Agri-business division, overseeing the production activities of a processing unit for about an year. During his work at ITC he developed an interest in supply chain management and went on to pursue post-grad at IIM Mumbai.During his academic tenure at the IIM Mumbai, Charan has won multiple National Level case competitions and has been among the top 1 percentile of the batch. He was part of the winning team of ‘Flipkart Wired 2022’ in the supply chain track. Charan has a keen interest in sports and has captained the ‘Hyderabad Sultans’ team of the NITIE Premier League (NPL) and won the championship in 2023. He was the ‘Best Bowler’ for two consecutive seasons of the tournament and the ‘Best all-rounder’ of NPL-22. His passion and interest in sports propels him to stay fit and help him maintain a fighting spirit in his professional career.Charan is diligent, pragmatic, and proactive and gives 100% in everything he does.
