The challenge was the small time period in which should be the project should be delivered and following DBB design-build method which is a newer project delivery method that does not include clear compartments between the owner and the builder. Contractors come in much earlier during the process and collaborate with the design team. The project was semi-permanent structure, where foundation and part of the structure were concrete and the rest was steel structure.
