Charissa is a senior environmental planner and regulatory advisor who provides regulatory and environmental services through technical and project management. Charissa’s experience includes environmental and regulatory applications for municipal infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater, roadways, bridges), commercial and residential developments, First Nations infrastructure, Parks Canada infrastructure, and renewable energy. Charissa has over 12 years of experience providing regulatory guidance and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Her ability to communicate allows her to liase with clients, regulatory representatives, and contractors. Charissa has directed, managed, and delivered projects under various federal, provincial/territorial, and municipal regulatory acts and guidelines. Charissa also has extensive field experience, gained from conducting baseline vegetation, wetland, wildlife, migratory bird, rare plant, soil, and post construction reclamation assessments.
