• Coordinate and foster improvement of day-to-day Safety, Health & Environmental Programs,and work closely with EHS Manager and Global EHS team to promote and enhance RiskManagement.• Assist to coordinate site accident, injury and near miss reporting system, which includesleading accident investigations, determining and implementing appropriate corrective actions,completing Lessons Learnt Report.• Plan and coordinate field audits, external audit follow-ups and corrective action planning,provide guidance to ensure that effective EHS functions has implemented and working.• Ensure to follow the EHS training calendar and EHS improvement plan and coordinate with HRto achievement of the targets and objectives• Ensure awareness among all employees on EHS Policies and procedures• Draw up plans for emergency situations control and form an emergency response teams toattend various tasks during emergencies.• Conduct Risk assessments to identify hazards associated with the locations and equipment.• Develop and drive initiatives leading to continuous improvement in EHS.• Asist the team to achieve the EHS KPIs assigned by global EHS and provide periodic updates tothe management.• Responsible for the documentation and reporting of documents related to EHS & takenactions and prepared documents on obtaining legal licenses and certificates• Monitor plant safety calendar system progress and provide feedbacks• Sharing information, suggestions observations with management team to create consistencyin EHS standards throughout the production team and management• Assist to conduct internal safety incentive and awards programs and related promotionalactivities.• Execute Environmental sustainability programs and maintain ISO 14001 environmentalmanagement system standards and conduct annual audits.• Implement audit requirement on external audits like Zero waste to Landfill Certification,Property Insurance Audit, SEDEX Compliance Audit, ISO 14064-2 and ISO 50001.

- Plan and Implement Occupational Health & Safety requirements under ISO 45001.- Conduct trainings related to SH & E.- Responsible for the documentation & reporting of documents related to SH & E.- Ensure awareness among all employees on Safety policies and requirements.- Maintain and update work instructions for all safe work practices and equipment.- Perform Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments and implement actions to mitigate risks.- Review new Global standards produced by the organization and implementing the same in the local environment.
