• ISCC is now the Calgary Local Immigration Partnership (CLIP), funded by the federal government’s Ministry of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship• Researched, developed and implemented strategies for addressing policy and systemic barriers to immigrant inclusion in Calgary• Managed global finances & operations, hiring & supervision of staff, fund development, and organizational growth• Led advocacy, research and community engagement strategies on issues such as healthcare coverage for refugee claimants, regulation of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, and civic participation among newcomers• Made significant contributions to the adoption and development of The City of Calgary's Welcoming Community Policy Framework and Implementation Plan
