Formerly from the musical instruments retail industry, I felt that my growth was limited, and would like to challenge myself. Hence, I stepped out from my comfort zone and joined the automobile sales industry – CarTimes Group. Here, I got to sell brand new and pre-owned cars of many different brands and models. I have been in the trade for more than a year now and I am glad I made the decision to give myself the challenge. With zero knowledge about automobiles and zero connections, I struggled at the start. However, with the never give-up attitude in learning something I have no knowledge about, and consistency, I managed to pull through and am now a senior sales executive. I strongly believe that if I treat a customer sincerely, they will appreciate and reciprocate with referrals. Some notable achievements I have obtained in CarTimes include Top Sales Achiever – Gold Award in 2H 2021, 1H 2022 and 2H 2022 respectively.
