Sap Lynx• Manage Wholesale Team’s expenseso By using the Sap Concur system; I manage the teams expenses timeously and accurately to avoid any card blocks or late payments• Manage Wholesale Team’s Travel Requirements o Manage travel requirements, in accordance with Company policy• Non-Stock Requisitions (Free Stock)o Manage free stock requisition and delivery for Wholesale Team and Mentholatum.• Administrative support service for Wholesale Teamo Compiling monthly business reviews o Provide weekly sales updates and update NPI trackerso Update monthly sales reportso Provide customers with updated sales reportso Update inhouse Sharepoint - easy access to documents (NPI docs/reviews) for account managers.o Loading & extending of deals on Sap systemo Update agent deal templateso Checking/updating customer price books during price increaseo Tracking Ad-hoc/AAS/JBP spendo Any sales data requirements off our BW reporting tool systemData management and control for SAFE Fleet safety programEnsure consistent approach to data and incident review and ensure that all data is reported per the WW standard definitions and ensure “audit ready” document management.o Assist in coordinating quarterly training workshops. Follow up on outstanding training/safefleet driver requirements. Share all Safefleet related communication to the business.Manage all administrative responsibilities for the Durban office, including: meeting management, switchboard, courier services, staff shop orders.
