I have continued my work with Dolphin Digital Technologies to develop and expand Disabilities Mentoring Day, a B2B recruitment initiative. As a consultant, I collate and analyze mentee and mentor data to determine what industries and occupations are partaking in the day and where there are opportunities to engage new industries based upon the labour markets in each community.
