Worked in a team of 20, to develop a large-scale integration and workflow system which has become critical to the daily workings of the client. This included delivering and integrating with multiple web services, and developing orchestration processes using Oracle BPEL. Worked with the technical architect to design, plan and estimate various system components. This included producing design documentation and modelling with UML. Developed a number of JAX-RPC web services using Hibernate / EJB 3, and various processes services using Oracle BPEL, deploying to Oracle Application Server 10g.For phase 2 of the project, became a team lead for 6 developers, holding regular meetings with the project manager to ensure the system was delivered on time and any issues were communicated and dealt with effectively.
