I was also responsible for the configuration and control of company documentation and product records as well as the management of the production engineering processes taking products from Research and Development into full Production.During this time I reduced the management overhead of the Quality Department reporting processes by 80% and the required human resources by 75% by implementing automated metrics gathering systems and live reporting tools to monitor the quality processes and procedures.New product documentation procedures was also implemented, formalising the documentation requirements for new products.Also, during my time at Inhep I was an Super User for the SAP Business One implementation.
