I am responsible for company owned store build-outs and store moves. Work directly with Field personnel and General Contractors to ensure plans are correct, lighting, wall covering, mill-work and lighting are received at specified times to allow project to flow. I am also the Administrator for the Enterprise Retail Queuing Program, Plan-o-gram support for the Enterprise and assist with facilities maintenance issues in the Field. I manage various special projects including roll-outs to our company owned stores and continually look for ways to save the company money while maintaining quality for our Field Representatives.
