Our task was to prepare and support the implementation and installation of the system, network, platform, support, and security aspects as required for the ISIS solution, by cooperating with ING Global Model Office (NL), Regional Office (HK), Cap Gemini (UK), outsourcing contractor (India), Marketing, Sales, and Operations.ISIS was smoothly rolled out in Taiwan by July 2001. There were 2500 agent’s laptops successfully installed and implemented by the ISIS project team.
