- Responsible for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) as a member of the H-1 Helicopter Program Production Integrated Product Team (IPT)- Manage, schedule, procure, order, track, monitor, receive, distribute, ship, and replace Government assets- Prepare documents that establish procurement requirements to meet Production schedules, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) schedules, and support the Fleet requirements- Recognize, manage, and mitigate risk to meet Program’s acquisition objectives. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from schedule and performance metrics, to determine risks and present findings via reports and briefings - Provide technical input for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) with respect to any GFE modifications or substitutions- Tracking delivery of procured assets through Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) OneTouch supply management system to follow up on.

- Create business strategies for continuing success within the field by my team- Responsible for tracking the Company's performance matrix and informing my team of areas to focus on through both an individual and group level. Design and implement trainings that reinforce company goals and policies that are aimed at maximizing employee potential, improving team performance, and increasing Company profitability- Track budgets using Company designed Individual Sales Trackers (IST) and Daily Business Trackers (DBT)- Maintain a current understanding of modern and upcoming technologies from vendors/suppliers to offer advice and information to customers on a wide spectrum of digital products and services.
