Current- Develop, update, and maintain Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Program Office Estimates (POEs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)- Analyze cost elements, i.e. labor, travel, materials, other ODC, overhead, G&A and cost of money- Evaluate various Courses of Actions (COAs) in the development of an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)- Analyze.
