I have decades of experience developing and applying process analytical and multivariate analysis solutions to R&D, commercialization and manufacturing problems across several industrial verticals: most notably biotech, pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals. Several of the solutions that I deployed have stood the test of time and are still in service today after years or even decades of operation.My tenacity, persistence, resilience, passion and detail-oriented nature serve me well in unraveling the complex problems I’ve encountered, as well as in formulating enduring solutions. However, I am also very conscientious about “The How” these solutions are to be developed and executed: emphasizing a caring, supportive, collaborative and inclusive philosophy throughout the process.
