If you asked me what I did before Euclid Technology, I worked for and with some great people, and some not-so-great people, and some great companies, and not-so-great companies. But every one of them introduced new challenges and opportunities to learn, grow, and improve. The culmination of those experiences - starting as a teenager working at a grocery store, a restaurant, an umpire, a software company, a startup consultancy, to where I am today - have all been part of a professional development story that has exposed me to a wide variety of challenges and environments.The specifics of those companies, and my role, define me less than what I learned from those collective experiences. I've played the role of cart-pusher (yes, shopping carts), store maintenance, customer service, IT-guy, web/software developer, pre-sales engineer, technology evangelist, and consultant among various other hats along the way.I couldn't do what I do today, or what I will do tomorrow, without every step in this progression. Throughout that progression, the theme that emerged is one of a driven problem solver, and a technologist. Throughout my career, I accumulated technical chops across varying technologies (SQL, ASP, PHP, JS, etc) that provides the background for me to understand complex technical challenges. I had the opportunity to help organizations in scale from SMB to Fortune 1000 with their challenges, and crafted the skills to tackle a wide variety of tasks working with a wide array of people from entry level to C-suite. I've taken business problems and have identified opportunities, defined solutions, designed them, developed them, trained people on them, and supported them. Along the way, increasing my desire to provide more value to the organizations I serve.
