I am currently a Sophomore at Clemson University, majoring in Financial Management and minoring in Accounting, with a projected graduation date of May 2026. Throughout the last 3 years, I have worked in the restaurant industry through Shortfields Travelers Rest and in HVAC through Greenville Mechanical. These jobs have helped improve my communication skills, customer service, and professionalism. My employers describe me as a true collaborator who remains exemplary under extreme pressure in high-tempo situations. They have highlighted that I take direction well, consistently meet schedule requirements, collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, and work efficiently in rigorous environments. Through my experience at Greenville Mechanical, I spoke directly to clients about job costs and HVAC unit diagnoses daily. Working at Shortfields exposed me to high-volume customer rush hours, where I learned how to stay calm in high-tempo and rigorous environments. These skills can help me in my desired field of work by performing efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and professional environment. My customer service skills and professionalism will also help me speak with clients in person and over the phone about various financial inquiries.
