Besides facilitating 4 Scrum teams, I was also change manager for the engineering labs and documentation manager for solution application install, config, integrate and test documentation.

I helped manage and facilitated two enterprise services teams: (1) an R&D team that developed connectors and integration designs so that multiple COTS products would work together to form a seamless solution and (2) a Delivery team that built a customer integration lab and tested the solution to ensure it met government requirements. I worked on the US EPA contract with an assigned team to plan and manage large projects involving the procurement, configuration, shipping, installation, turn-up/test and integration of telecommunication devices/systems such as WAN edge routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, WAAS, and DMZ network extensions.  Received several certificates of appreciation for ITS-EPA project work, including the CSC President’s Award in 2007 for process improvements.

I would interview, train and manage a team of virtual technical writers and editors on web content projects. We mainly worked on technical support pages for the various Cisco products, as we as a self-help troubleshooting tool. My team grew to 14 remote workers distributed across the southeastern USA. I also managed an out-source team in India that consisted of 3 communications specialists.

Worked initially in the Product Control Center (PCC) where I served as the Change Manager for all Raleigh and Clinton plant change requests, as well as chairman of the Change Review Board (CRB). After a company restructureing in 2000, my group became the Quality, Reliability and Assurance / Process (QRA) Problem Resolution Center (PRC). In this role, I monitored incident tickets and called meetings with product/account managers to determine the complexity and prioirty of these tickets relative to upcoming product release timelines.
