Responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing, delivering, setting up, troubleshooting, and demonstrating. Reviewing customer lease agreements as needed to ensure orderwas correct. Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets.  • Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return.  • Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality assurance Center for all items personally returned.  • Confirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer's signature on lease agreements.

As Warehouseman Cherry Picker Driver I was responsible for providing a safe and quick production, so that the product was shipped out on time. Giving a percentage on productivity gave motivation an accuracy. Determined to get the job done safe and adequate, safety was our number one goal.    • Determine and meet customer needs, provide assistance and support, and ensure a positive shipping environment.
