Supervised teams that planned and support incoming and outgoing satellite communication assets. Responsible for the health, welfare, training, morale, and professional development of 122 rotational employees and integrating them with a 42-member contractor workforce. * Results: The security project was on time, on budget and passed the Department of Defense security inspections. All mission were successful employed and discharged from the Southwest Asia area with 99% incident free. Led and mentored a company of over 164 rotational personnel which better the careers of many employees.
