Access NOC Team Leader – STC Solutions (From Aug 2013 to December 2023 )Access NOC Team leader – Saudi Telecom Company, Project by Bharti Airtel Limited (From May’09 – Aug’13) During the past 9 years tenure, I have been working with Saudi Telecom on different Job roles (Access NOC team lead, PMR team lead, report generation, analysis of SLA breached & repeated tickets, providing recommendations for improvement)  Data network operations of entire Saudi, KSA. Surveillance and Fault Management of Access network elements include (Cisco routers, MSAN & IPDSLAM). Configuration and troubleshooting of network issues via command line & GUI Monitoring of the network elements via network operation control center tools (Netcool(CIC)). Reacting to network alarms and opening tickets with RTTS ticket generating tool, also troubleshooting and coordinating with different NOC teams until the issue resolved.  Act as the customer's advocate within the organization. Taking ownership of issues from the time of receipt through to resolution. Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner to management and to the technical authority. Handling the issues with proper escalation and closure within the SLA.  Responds to emergency/customer troubletickets and responsible for timely resolution. Leading & managing the team. Report generation and analysis of high ageing / repeated TT’s, to identify opportunities for improvement. Managing different network tools for Network incidents / Escalations.

Data Network Operations; Managing of the MPLS and ISP backbone routers. Providing network solution for all business requirements each solution has to integrate into the existing environment without sacrificing security or performance.Coordination, Installation & commissioning of STM-1, STM-4’s to various international service providers like AT&T, BT, Verizon, Sprint, C & W for Internet Bandwidth.Installation and management of core Data infrastructure (Mainly includes Cisco 12816,12416,4507,7206,7609,7613 etc) at all POP’s.Coordination, commissioning & troubleshooting of Backbone circuits (E1, DS-3, STM-1, STM-4) between POP’s across India.Deployment of customer links, and timely resolution of customer complaintsMaintaining uptime of the International Gateway and Sub-Pop’s per the internal service levels.Resolution of all Trouble Tickets within the SLA.Setting up the sub-Pops for ISP/MPLS network as per the business requirements.Provisioning, Change & Fault Management using tools like HP Openview and Metasolv.Document management of all operation guidelines, best practices, troubleshooting process control.Managing, tracking & escalating the TAC cases with vendors
