Gateway Controller Support 1/2010 - 12/2014 • Considered Gateway Controller software prime for Lawful Intercept issues. • Propagated GWC (Gateway Controller), C++ patches, into the Ericsson GWC loads. • Generated several C++ original design fixes. • Generated C++ Clearcase patches for VSE GWC. • Key contributor in new product introduction for ATCA based GWC platform. Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, data collection, and patching. • Developed and presented training classes for Gateway Controller. Media Server Support 1/2010 - 12/2014 • Assumed prime responsibility for supporting AudioCodes Media Server. • Assumed role of liaison between Audio Codes and Ericsson when dealing with Media Server technical issues and new loads. • Responsible for testing new AudioCodes Media Server loads, and placing them onto the software vault once verified. • Developed and presented training classes for the AudioCodes Media Server. • Responsible for upgrading Media Servers in the support labs. • Generated several upgrade and recovery procedures for Emergency Recovery team. MSC Core Support 9/2012 - 12/2014 • Final 2.5 years took on MSC CDMA Core wireless CSRs. • Solved SIP and H.248 Call Processing issues. • Solved MSC CDMA maintenance, Operational Measurements, CI (Command Interpreter) issues. • Involved with several mobile authentication and registration issues. • Generated several MSC CDMA Core patches. On-call Support 1/2010 - 12/2014 • Provided 24/7 support for GWC and Media Server. • Provided 24/7 CMDA Core support for 2.5 years.

Provided global customer support for both the Lawful Intercept (LI) and Traffic Position System (TOPS) products. Responsible for collecting data from customer sites, reproducing the issue in labs, debugging to root cause, providing a fix, coding, testing, documenting, patching, and working with customers to ensure successful patch verification. The tier 2/3 Customer Support for the Nortel's (TOPS) product allowed me the opportunity to work on many different types of issues and features. This work ranged from TOPS QMS (Queue Management System), TOPSIP, TOPS-OC (Operator Centralization), TOPS ADACC (Automated Directory Assistance Call Completion), TOPS OSSAIN (Operator Services System AIN), and many more. This experience has provided me with an in-depth understanding of real time Call Processing and the complexities involved with processing hundreds of calls at any given point in time. I have also acquired a broad understanding of networking, protocols, system maintenance, logs, billing, operational measurements, etc. I have enjoyed working with customers and third party vendors over the years.As of Dec. 2009 I had submitted over 900 software updates into the DMS Protel library and 82 updates into the Nortel XPM (C++) library.
