May, 2011 to December 31, 2012: Property Field Claims Manager. The duties include administrative and technical responsibility for 10 property field adjusters in Colorado, Utah, Nebraska and Kansas. • Responsibilities as a manager include conducting closed file reviews on each property field adjuster each month. • Spending time with each adjuster in their territory. This allowed for time to find out each adjusters strength and weaknesses as well as building consistency within the team. Always trying to get the adjuster to answer the unasked question and to leave the insured with a “Wow” impression after every contact and every claim. • Six to eight weeks of travel was required to manage the team of property field adjusters. • Complaint Champion for the manager group. As Complaint Champion the duties included researching and resolving all executive level complaints for the manager group and enter findings and resolution in Metric stream, (software for tracking all complaints) • Responsible for reviewing all expense reports for all property field adjusters in the unit.• Completed Manager Development School Show less
