I participate in the assembly and commissioning of industrial grade wind turbines. As a field technician I am tasked with leading crews of Siemens employees or advising third party contractors during all phases of the assembly process. I am also tasked with commissioning and troubleshooting activities in the post assembly, pre turnover timeframe. A daily task includes customer relations and liaison with contractors of multiple companies, each with their own set of goals and business objectives, all while keeping my companies objective at the forefront but simultaneously promoting the pinnacle of customer service expected of our premier brand.

I ran the day to day shipping and receiving department of an automotive tubing supply house. Daily tasks included truck scheduling and the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials, stock keep and inventory controls, and in house material handling.

I participated in general construction activities for a small housing developer. We did everything from landscape construction to home building. This was my introduction to the construction industry and learned many valuable skills, albeit usually the hard way, as a 19 year old working among seasoned workers and crew foremen.
