Communicated effectively with Center Production staff for the timing of the performance start, intermission, and end of performance f. Trained in various aspects of safety, ADA, and similar programs essential to effective management of Center performances g. Fostered strong relationships between staff and resident companies and other performance groups h. Completed all paperwork to record and document volunteer involvement in performance. i. Performed staff reviews j. Approved payroll k. Prepared detailed House Report for each performance l. Developed new policies that generate safety practices by our staff m. Maintained current certifications in CPR and Trained Crowd Manager
