As a dedicated advocate for community development and environmental conservation. Currently, I serve as a Conservation Advocate with the Healthy Ocean Coalition, where I engage in workshops on environmental protection and policy and contribute to research advocating for marine protected areas. My role as a Research Assistant with the Liberty Hill Redevelopment Group involves developing a neighborhood master plan to preserve communities' history and cultural heritage. Being an intern with the Spartanburg Area Transportation Study (SPATS), I update school district and zoning variances using ArcGIS, analyze traffic patterns, and assess land suitability for redevelopment projects and population growth. My involvement with the Hispanic Access Foundation and the Gold Water Ventures further demonstrates my dedication to conservation, climate change solutions, and cultural sustainability. My volunteer work with the Cleo Bailey Project and previous roles with organizations like United Way and Buffalo Prep highlight my passion for community engagement, educational support, and non-profit work. I am currently a 2nd year graduate student studying City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Business Management and Not-for-Profit Leadership from Davis & Elkins College. Driven by a vision of vibrant, sustainable communities, I am eager to continue leveraging my skills and experience to make a positive impact.
