Roles & Responsibilities -• Travel desk management, Hotel bookings, International & Domestic Travel & Visa processing• All employees following the process of issuing Id cards, laptops, data cards, SIM cards, business cards &Stationery kit & Dairy at the time of joining and recovery at the same at the time of exit forms as per theprocess.• Maintaining office administration for better coordination in the office premises.• Employees travel claim and reimbursement.• Monitoring and control – Front office desk Management/Office Security.• Office Courier Management Like inward and outward.• Monitoring the housekeeping & ensuring cleanliness.• Invoice management, responsible or invoice verification managing approval, submission to finance andfollowing paymentstatus.• Handling complete Facilities and infrastructure set up including repair & maintenance.• Asset Management, maintaining an inventory & keeping a proper record of an asset.• Ensure inwardsregister to be maintained incoming & outgoing materials.• Negotiating with different vendors/contractors to achieve best results and ensuring smooth businessoperations.• Office stationery and Printing Like Billing rolls, Cartridges, Printer Maintenance, House keeping materials.• Maintaining Cafeteria Like Tea and coffee vending machines.• Store Uniforms ordering and distribution across PAN India.• Maintaining Store & warehouse House keeping and Security availability at all the time and monitoringattendance.• Maintaining corporate office board landline, Toll Free connection, Customer Care setup and Internetconnectivity.• Agreementsfor all outsourced manpower & Non trade vendor agreement renewal on time.• Management of Health and Safety of employees• Car lease scheme processing for employees as per policy.• Conference room booking as per HOD request.• Biometric fingerprint management corporate office and all store• Admin Support for new store setup Like Landline, SOP Registers, Biometric Installation.• Pest Control management for across stores and Corporate Office.• Arrangement of Conferences & offsite meeting, Welfare Activities, Event management, motivation of theteam members.An experience of over 15+ years in Retail Stores & Corporate companies in aspects relatingto end to end General Administration, Office maintenance, Project Management, Asset Management,Legal compliance's.• Procuring New Asset.• External Auditing the Asset on monthly basis.• Ensuring Asset scrap sale as per SOP Guidelines.• Annual asset buying plan coordination with the Project team
