Extensive experience in: (i) managing teams responsible for economic analysis and loan preparation; (ii) assessing the viability of proposed investment projects through cost-benefit (CBA) and cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA); (iii) developing a diverse scope of economic growth, trade and competitiveness strategies; (iv) conducting policy dialogues with country authorities to improve economic performance and competitiveness; (v) drafting, presenting and defending documents for approval by funding agencies; (vi) supporting country-led poverty reduction strategies; and (vii) setting up and monitoring managing for results frameworks.

MSTAS responsibilities include providing knowledge management services to the USAID Africa Bureau and African Trade Hubs, principally in trade, integration and investment.
