Advises local authorities, developers, funders, utilities and large energy users on the development and financing of infrastructure projects, contractual arrangements and regulatory issues in the energy sector.Experience includes:- Heat networks - structuring, development and delivery- Bulk heat supply agreements into heat networks- Customer connection and supply agreements from heat networks- Development and adoption agreements for energy network infrastructure- Heat and gas network regulatory adviceRegularly contribute to sector publications and sector events on heat networks and the decarbonisation of heat more generally.
