Assisted with the startup of the project by reviewing a large magnitude of submittals and Trade Partner RFIs. Additionally, created and maintained multiple logs including Material Procurement Log, Sample/Mock-up, and Constraint Log. Also responsible for the setup of the project in Company management software: CMiC.

Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Worked closely alongside the JE Dunn Preconstruction team in Nashville, TN. Assisted in the bidding of 2 medical office buildings, 1 hospital build out, and 2 apartment high rise buildings. Additionally, completed over 30 scope sheets for 14 different divisions of construction for subcontractors bidding on jobs.

Contributed to construction processes by working as a project Engineer. Completed Change Orders, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts and many other Construction contract types. Additionally calculated numerous Labor Audits with both projects being worked at. Trained to work with Man-lift, as well as Prolog Converge Software.

Worked as an Intern in the field of Construction by setting up Bypass systems for Manhole and Sewer Rehab with a Field Engineer, Foreman and several Laborers.
