Area of responsibility: Managing all aspects of the construction process from design through close-out;• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress of projects;• Producing and updating the project schedule;• Collaboration with engineers, architects, etc during the design phase and throughout the project; • Coordinating among subcontractors;• Providing support for the Superintendent;• Shop drawing and submittal review;• Processing invoices from the subcontractors and invoicing the client; • Preparing project status reports for Senior Project Manager and clients;• Contracts negotiations with external vendors to reach profitable agreements;• Determining needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations;• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and company standards;• Managing RFIs, change orders, submittals, budgets, estimates, costs• Preparing cost reports.

Area of responsibility: managing all aspects of the construction process including cost control and tracking• Pre-Construction and Planning; organizing, supervising, scheduling & planning;• Interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients;• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for hard bid and design/build projects;• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities;• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports;• Communicating directly with sub-contractors/designers concerning project constraints - project cost, staffing, scheduling, budget, estimates, etc.;Successful management of 20 projects, 16 of which have been completed, all under budget and with projected profits or greater.

Area of responsibility: sales and customer service to industrial and OEM clients in South Carolina and other southeastern states.The product line was of a process control nature primarily composed of web guiding and tension control equipment. This product line required the ability to understand complex product and application information relative to sensors, controllers, and mechanical functions in order to successfully specify and service the process control needs of customers.

Responsible for sales and project management of engineering, construction, and maintenance services relative to pulp and paper mill customers in North Carolina and South Carolina. Stebbins provided design, installation, and maintenance of corrosion resistant linings for process vessels in the pulp and paper industry

Area of responsibility: general field supervision and project management assistance on multi-million dollar hospital projects throughout the southeast.
