Designed an automated Cone Penetrometer to increase quality of soil calibration data.Integrated sensors and machine into the lab’s soil bin and data acquisition system.Assist with traction and tire testing, utilizing soil bins, LIDAR, and soil penetrometers.

Led a crew of 7 in the rebuild of a CAT 6030, overseeing the replacement of engines, pumps,hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic coolers, stick, and bucket.Managed crane operations, including safety and lift plans, specifications, and installation procedures.Developed and prioritized work plans for preventive maintenance and repairs.Ensured compliance with maintenance, safety, and crane inspection records.

Designed end-of-arm tooling and nests used in automated production cells for plastic parts. Created a top-level robotic cell concept for pressurizing, testing, and loading gas cylinders.Designed a fixture eliminating the need to replace 1600 parts due to an updated part geometry.Performed analysis on FANUC robot selection and retrofitting for quotes.Machined industry grade parts and validated dimensional and geometric tolerances.

Contributed to Dr. Kejin Wang's research group on 3D printing concrete by developing alternative printing paths for the Potterbot 7 printer.
