Hello there! Finally got around to updating my account and WOW lots has changed. After completing my Masters of Business Administrations, I relocated to the wonderful city of Dallas Fort Worth, where I accepted a Regional Manager of Operations role with Aspen Dental. The career with Aspen Dental allowed me to lead multiple units (7 to be exact). The company allowed me to run my own business, inspire doctors and employees, all while making sure the offices are profitable from a business standpoint.I have always had an interest in Talent Acquisition, so I decided to take a leap of faith and go into recruiting full-time. I have been a full cycle recruiter for the last year and a half. I can proudly say that I have found what truly motivates me and keeps me on my toes when it comes to a career. I am able to fill 16-20 requisitions on a weekly basis and source for ideal candidates for dental practices all over the United States. With that, I am training and developing new affiliates on our system and process when it comes to recruiting. Recruiting is a career that takes dedication, empowerment, and motivation to be successful. Finding something I am passionate about makes the world of difference!Now, from a personal look. I am a very active, healthy, and driven individual. I spend a lot of my time outdoors, enjoying a nice CrossFit or orange theory workout, shopping, hanging out with family and friends, or binge watching a Netflix series. Overall, I enjoy meeting and socializing with new people and building an even bigger network.
