Deployed a Global Wide Area Network including automated failover and redundancy supporting 24-hour operations of critical systems.*Managed the implementation of VOIP solution utilizing Cisco Call Manager for 50 locations. *Demonstrated excellent relationship management skills and collaboration with Data Centers and outsourced services in support of global enterprise applications, resulting in 99.99% delivery rate of IT services to users.

Supported the network and infrastructure services for the North American business group. Designed automation systems to increase efficiencies and compliance in packaging and delivery of goods and the design, support, and management of Supply Chain services for enterprise clients. *As IT Infrastructure Leader, developed IT standards and procedures. Implemented an enterprise-wide desktop/laptop support and management system as well as IT Service Level Agreements.*Lead a project team to plan, design, and deliver an Enterprise Wireless network and VoIP. Created Disaster Recovery procedures, a data center power backup, and a SAN storage option.*Planned and implemented a Citrix farm, initially supporting a thin client computing community, growing later to deliver applications using the Nfuse web service.
