With a strong understanding of the assessment, intervention and reassessment processes as well as a proclivity for form correction and demonstration I am able to safely empower clients to reach their SMART goals and fitness aspirations.I look forward to furthering my interest in the EXSS/EP field, and possess a growth mindset to the continuation and improvement of my thinking, learning and practice through the help of industry professionals.
