• Worked with the CAO of Markets Group EMEA and CEO of Capital Markets EMEA to refine the business strategy and enhance the governance structure.• Enhanced new MIS developments including the setting up of dashboards for Client Pipeline and Key Financial Indicators for Operating Committee and Business Risk Committee presentations.• Expanded and produced the minutes for the Markets Group EMEA Operating Committee and Business Risk Committee, as well as the Capital Markets EMEA Best Execution Committee.• Instrumental in refining the policies for onboarding and offboarding clients, requiring close interaction with KYC/AML operations in Manchester, Pittsburgh and Bournemouth.• Took lead in the monthly review and validation of the client pipeline prospects in the ENGAGE system.

• While working at BNY Mellon I was fortunate to work for an Online Peer-to-Peer Repo Platform that BNY Mellon was in the process of buying.• Attended and exhibited at both the International Capital Markets Conference in Dublin and the International Securities Lending Conference in Vienna. Here I was central to demonstrating and marketing the product to major banks, hedge funds and other firms.
