For more than 25 years Charles Witthoft has provided services to U.S. and international commercial firms and not-for-profit organizations on the evaluation and resolution of business risk matters primarily related to compliance with U.S. Government procurement contract and grant regulations. In this work Mr. Witthoft has extensive experience in leading teams in the identification and mitigation of compliance risk and in implementation of government compliance and contracts administration programs. In addition, Mr. Witthoft has performed complex forensic analyses related to government audits and investigations, claims, and other types of business disputes and provides advisory services related to mitigation of compliance risk.
