As a Government Program Manager, I am currently and primarily focused on support of Redcom’s Army account, I am responsible as the main POC for all post-sales programs that are Army-related. My responsibilities are focused on responding to any technical or support Inquiries. I am in constant collaboration with Redcom’s BD, sales, and technical CSG teams to answer any customer questions and address all customer concerns. Other duties include collaboration with PMs and integrators to facilitate meetings and demonstrations to convey Redcom’s ongoing development efforts. I am constantly striving through research and communications to support BD efforts and increase visibility into the different programs assigned to me to identify future sales opportunities. Having a sales, technical background, and previous military experience provide me with a unique opportunity to form relationships with key personnel through shared professional and life experiences. I believe that key attributes required in performing at a high level are a mindset of professionalism which require preparation, attention to detail, and punctuality.

As a Regional Sales Manager, I manage both the Windstream carrier channel and the partner channel from a manufacturer support standpoint. I provide a central point of contact in support of sales efforts in my assigned territory. Transitioning from a Sales Engineer position into that of a Sales manager allows me to bring a value add to the position. My technical and sales background over 30 years in both the private sector as a technology company owner and working for large telecom manufacturers, has provided me a unique industry perspective allowing me to impart real-world experience and specialized Industry knowledge that is pertinent in direct support of regional sales efforts.
