Mr. Barker is the Managing Director of PrimeMovers, a firm specializing in collaboration and conflict management. Mr. Barker also is a member of the Research Faculty of Uppsala Faculty of Law and has served as a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics. In the public sector, Mr. Barker has worked with the United Nations in Latin America, the Norwegian Peoples' Aid in Syria, Mercy Corps in Iraq, the Duke Center for International Development, The Global Fund, and the Justice, Peace and Reconciliation Committee of the Episcopal Church of Sudan.
